Returns

Holiday Return Policy:

Starting December 1st, you have until January 14th to return.  Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them in.  Unworn, Unused and Tags still on.

You will receive a Merchandise Store Credit for the amount paid on the date purchased.

Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy.  The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and tags still on.

You will receive a Merchandise Store Credit for the amount paid on the date of purchase.  Merchandise Credits do not expire.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are sold as a Pre Order cannot be returned. All Pre Order items are Final Sale.

Exchanges
You may exchange and item for another item as long as it is within the 14 day time frame and the item is in the same condition as you received it.
